 Elated Web Toobox - This site
bills itself as "your one-stop shop for web design resources", and rightly so.
In the Web Toolbox section of Elated, you will find free web graphics, entire
website templates and tips to help you build a better website. All they ask is for
you to place a link to their site on yours. I took a look at the website templates
and have to admit that they are outstanding, certainly worth the cost of a link!

Clip-Art.com - Clip-Art.com
have teamed up with Web Spice to provide a wonderful array of free clipart, all sorted
into a huge variety of categories. What particularly impressed me was the quality of
the clipart and graphics. There are also 31 mailing lists that you can join...these
cover everything from music, chat, HTML tools to travel, contests, freeware and much more!
Gif Art - At Gif Art you'll find heaps
of high quality clipart for the web - totally free, original and ready to put on your
site. Choose from categories such as backgrounds, icons, interfaces, buttons,
bullets, 3D animations and more. The free images section is considered a Link Ware
zone, all images can be used for anything but they ask you to place a link back to Gif Art
to give them credit for creating the images.
This site has a very good "Tips" section
where you can find tips for Photoshop, HTML, Graphics, Internet, Java and Internet 101.
Free Graphic Land - Free Graphic
Land bills itself as the ultimate list for Webmasters to use as a daily resource. It
features top websites in graphic design, JAVA scripts, CGI scripts, CCS, HTML and other
digital media. Basically, it's a links site that is well worth visiting.

downloads:graphics - Developer.com's new image library contains over 100,000 images
which you may download and use free of charge. Choose from buttons, arrows, rules,
bullets, and icons in hundreds of different shapes, sizes, and colors. In this section
you'll also find images from the WebSpice image library.
What I particularly liked about this site were the
'wizards' that let you first chose a type of graphic (button, for example) then you can
chose a size, a colour and a texture. After you've gone through the wizards, you'll
get a page full of matching buttons that you can use for navigation on your site. If
you're looking for free, graphics of high quality take a look at 'developer.com's graphics
download section!'
Ulead WebUtilities - This
site is really worth a visit. You'll find articles, information about Ulead's wide
range of graphics programs including a Download Center where you can download free 15-day
trial versions of their full featured products including Ulead COOL 3D, Animation Applet,
GIF Animator, SmartSaver and a lot more.
In Ulead's Free Stuff Center you can download free
graphics utilities as well as a wonderful array of GIF Animations.
The Image Mechanic is an online graphics workshop
where you will find powerful imaging tools which you can use for free to create your
web-graphics as well as helpful articles about web-design.
All of this, along with chat communities, tutorials,
links and quick loading, well laid out and easy to navigate pages make this a site not to
be missed!
Ulead Systems - Ulead's main site is just
as good as their WebUtilities site. You can find out all about their numerous
graphics programs including products relating to Web and Multimedia, Family Creativity and
Business Imaging. You can purchase goods, get support and download a vast array of
programs.

- Huge site...one of the best!
desktopPublishing.com - Great place to get clipart, icons and
more. Also has resources for some of the top graphics programs.
The Free Graphics Store
- Heaps of images for your site.
Reallybig.com - If you're building a Web site, look no further. They
offer more than 3000 resources for web builders including free clipart, CGI, counters,
fonts, html, java, animation, backgrounds, icons, wysiwyg editors, buttons, photographs,

UFO's Graphic Mania Webpage design, logo design, banners, custom
graphics, banners, free buttons, matching webpage sets, backgrounds, true
type fonts, animations and more. Graphics Mania is your source for quality web design and
graphics at affordable prices. References provided.
This page is beautifully set out and a lot of the
downloadable webpage sets, fonts etc. are in zipped format so you can download a whole set
at once without having to download each graphic individually...Great Site!

lovely site where you can find several different types
of graphics including around 200 free web page border sets. I have used
graphics from this site on some pages of my website. For an example look here

Laurie's
Free Web Graphics - I stumbled across this site today and I'm glad I did. Laurie
has created some absolutely beautiful web graphics, web page theme sets, bullets, icons
etc. All she asks is that you sign her private guestbook in return for the use of
her art...you can't ask for much better than that! This site is definitely worth a
visit.

The Design and Publishing Centre
- This site is well laid out and informative. There are tips for web page design,
reviews of websites, articles, graphic resources, graphics to download and much, much
more. There is also a wonderful section called Publishers' Warehouse
where people can submit their graphics, templates, designs etc. for others to download and
use.
